HELPS International
HELPS International's desire and goal is to help educate, provide healthcare to children and their families and to develop ways and strategies to create economic stability within a family unit or within a child's life if that child is orphaned. We are able to do this by raising funds and partnering with other organizations within the countries that we work with. Many of these countries have been hit by natural disasters or by political unrest and the people are in need of HELPS.
HOPEthiopia
Mission:
The mission of HOPEthiopia is twofold: firstly, to raise Ethiopian children into citizens with exceptional moral standards and strength of character; and secondly, to restore the values of purpose and dignity to the lives of Ethiopia’s homeless pastors.
Vision:
HOPEthiopia will provide care and love to orphaned children and homeless retired pastors in the nation of Ethiopia. HOPEthiopia emphasizes the educational, physical, social, and spiritual needs of the individuals who call it “home”. It is the vision of HOPEthiopia to enable the people living therein to grow into confident and fulfilled Christian leaders, contributing to the well-being of Ethiopia.

Impact Ministries
Impact Ministries is an inter-denominational ministry established in 1997 by a group of educators, administrators and individuals who share a concern for the impoverished and disadvantaged people of Latin America. Impact Ministries is a charitable non-profit society governed by a Board of Directors. Our focus is with the Kekchi and Poqomchí people groups of Guatemala. In the rural areas around Tactic, more than 80 percent of the people are illiterate and this debilitates and isolates them from the ‘outside’ world. Impact Ministries’ primary goal is to open up the Word of God to these precious people through Christian School Education. The people of Tactic are very, very poor. The average man in Tactic earns a wage of 35 Quetzals ($5.00 Canadian) for an 8 hour day of heavy farm labor, dairy work or cutting and selling firewood. Guatemala has seen a revival that has brought 35% of the people into evangelical Christianity. Tactic, on the other hand, has been dominated by a religion that combines Roman Catholicism, ancient Mayan traditions and witchcraft. This oppressive religious spirit has kept them in fear, bondage and ignorance.
